Urdu Dua for Enemies

Still, there are other situations when you have enemies, but they haven’t yet harmed you. The best way to keep your adversaries away and stop them from inflicting harm on you is to read the Dua for enemies. Here you will learn about Urdu Dua for enemies along with Arabic text and English translation.

Dua for Enemies:

While reciting the Dua for enemies, you should make sure that there isn’t any evil intention in your mind. Your purpose should only be your own safety and no harm for the opponent who hasn’t yet wronged you.

If you take the example of the Rasool (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he used to even forgive and pray for those who had hurt and wronged him. It means he (PBUH) went a step beyond just forgiving the enemies. This is what you can called the ‘climax of character’.

There are many Sahih Ahadith which teach the Dua for enemies. They include Ahadith No. 1537 from Sunan Abu Daood, 3584 from At-Tirmidhi, and 4563 from Sahih Bukhari.

While all these Duas are given in Arabic along with Urdu translation, here is what they mean in English:

“O Allah, we beseech you to deal with them (our enemies) and we seek your ‘protection’ from their wrongdoings.” (Abu Daood, Hadith No. 1537)

“O Allah, it is You Who supports and helps me. With Your help, I’m able to walk, and with Your support I can attack (the enemy), and with Your assistance I can face the enemy.” (At-Tirmidhi, Hadith No. 3584)

“It is Allah Who is enough (sufficient) for us and He is the best Guardian.” (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith No. 4563)
